‘Pride Privilege’ – MEMBERSHIP DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Membership fee for PRIDE PRIVILEGE GOLD membership is INR 9321 + 1678 (GST @ 18%) = 10,999 (Rupees Ten thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine Only) Membership fee for PRIDE PRIVILEGE Platinum membership is INR 12,711 + 2288 (GST @ 18%) = 14,999 (Rupees Fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine Only)
2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
3. The digital membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing in for membership.
4. Digital Membership card is non-transferable, and members must be 18 years of age or above to join.
5. Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Presentation of The Program Digital Membership Card/ Certificate is imperative for availing the Discount/ Redemption under the program.
7. Nature of the service will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
8. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Club, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agree to be bound by them.
9. Any individual / corporate buying 5 membership together is entitled for 1 complimentary membership under the 5+1 scheme, however the complimentary room night benefits under this scheme can’t be clubbed together at the same time / day at the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
1. Room bookings must be made through the Pride Privilege help desk @ 7983780717 / digital application only. Any reservation given on the reception directly will not be entertained. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for any Discount.
2. Rooms are subject to Pride Privilege allocation, availability, and prior reservations through the club office.
3. All Certificates including room night stay enclosed in the membership pack is valid for use at the specified hotel and is for one time use only and must be utilized in full. Members must settle their bills at the time of departure.
4. All accommodation certificates need to be redeemed through the application at the time of arrival, failing which the booking will be processed on the best available rate for the day and the digital certificate will not be accepted post the arrival of the guest.
5. The Pride Hotel, Aero city, New Delhi reserves the right not to offer the certificate/ card benefits during any blackout dates, special promotion, event, or Food festival (Including dates 14th February 24th December 25th December & 31st December/ New Year celebrations at the hotel)

DINING CONDITIONS.
1. All digital certificates can only be used at specified restaurants / outlets of The Pride Hotel, Aero city.
2. Digital certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re-validated.
3. Outside eatables and drinks not allowed while dining at the Hotel.
4. The Discount can only be redeemed on the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one membership can be presented per table/party.
5. The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet/ À la carte pricing at their own discretion.

CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS
1. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
2. None of the two complimentary certificates can be used in conjunction with each other.
3. None of the two discount certificates, can be used in conjunction with each other or with any other card discount or with any other promotional discount at the same dining occasion.
4. The benefits as given in the digital gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face of the certificate.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
 Membership fee for Prestige Club  ( Radisson Blu Amritsar is INR 6626 + 1373(18%GST) = 7,999(Rupees Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only)
 Membership fee for Prestige Club is INR 8,473 + 1,525 (18%GST) = 9,999 (Rupees Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only)
1.  The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
2.  The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card.
3.  Membership card is non-transferable, and members must be 18years of age or above to join.
4.  Membership on repurchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5.  Membership is issued via a digital platform on either Android/ IOS device, and all the membership certificates are digital. In case the application is deleted from one device, or the device is changes, the same membership can be re installed by using a login Id & password.
6.  Presentation of The Program Membership Card/Certificate is imperative for availing the Discount/Redemption under the program.
7.  Nature of the service will beat the soled is creation of the hotel.

6.  Hotel Radissons' are serves the right to not offer the certificate/card benefits during any  special  promotion , event  (Including dates 14thFebruary 24thDecember 25th December&31st December/New Year celebrations at the hotel)

3.  Only One Food/Beverage certificate can be used per visit and per table.

5.  The Discount can only be redeemed don the total food & beverage bill as mentioned and only one digital card is presented per table and an OTP is shared with the server.
6.  The Hotel’s management has the right to increase Buffet pricing at their own discretion.
 
FOOD & BEVERAGE CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS
1.  The certificate scan not be exchanged for cash or any other services.
2.  The benefits as given in the gift certificate area companied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.
3.  The ‘MEAL FOR TWO’ certificate cannot be clubbed with the membership card discounts & cannot be clubbed with any other Food & Beverage certificate. All the other digital certificates will be blocked for 4 hours, once “MEAL for TWO” certificate is used.
4.  All the other complimentary digital certificates in “Prestige Club” application will automatically be blocked for 4 hours from the time of using any digital complimentary certificate on the table while dining

CELEBRATION WINE
One (01) certificate (Non-transferable) valid for one (01) bottle of house wine (700 ML) / four (4) cocktails / 4 mocktails while dining with a minimum of 2 guests at any restaurant of Jaypee Hotels & Resorts.

HAPPY STARTERS
Two (02) certificates (Non-transferable) each for complimentary starters each valid for maximum up to 2 starters on a table of 02 – 08 pax at any restaurants of Jaypee Hotels & Resorts.
 
RECREATION
Two (02) certificates (Non-transferable)- A Day at the pool (1 certificate valid for 1 guest) at any of the Jaypee Hotels & Resorts.
One (01) certificate (Non-transferable) of a complimentary manicure / pedicure / shave at any of the hotels & resorts of Jaypee Hotels & Resorts.
